thought that the Chia Pet seeds were an awesome source of protein, but if “Your Ozness”, Doctor Oz, backs them, you’ve
gotta give them a try! I’ll be

The Chia plant is a member of the mint family that’s
native to Mexico and Guatemala. Its seeds can be eaten raw and also processed
in a variety of ways. Chia seeds
