Vegan Thousand Island
Dressing
yields 1 cup
1 cup
vegan mayonnaise
1/4 cup
ketchup
2 tablespoons
sweet pickle relish
1 teaspoon
finely diced onion
1 garlic
clove, minced
1/2 teaspoon
lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon
salt
1/4 teaspoon
ground black pepper
1/8 teaspoon
paprika
In a bowl, mix together all the ingredients until well
blended.
Taste and adjust the seasoning as needed.
Refrigerate for at least 20 minutes before using.
